The Full-time Director of Human Resources will lead all HR functions, developing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Manage a small onsite HR team, ensuring effective operations and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and update HR policies, performance management systems, and employee relations programs to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee communications to attract and retain talent.
- Implement learning initiatives, promote company culture, and analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement.
- Require 10+ years HR experience, 5+ years supervisory, strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills, with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred). Experience in professional services industry is a plus.
