Seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions, reporting to the COO.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, policy development, and organizational development. The role involves partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with institutional goals, managing HRIS systems, overseeing inclusive hiring practices, and providing coaching to managers.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of HR experience (preferably in higher education), HR certifications preferred, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
