ABOUT THE ROLE

Zoom is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist / Producer to support the execution and production of virtual event experiences across the organization.


This role will own the end-to-end coordination, production, and reporting of webinars and digital experiences, ensuring a seamless experience for both speakers and attendees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically confident, and comfortable managing live virtual environments while partnering closely with executive and technical stakeholders.


Own the end-to-end setup, production, and execution of virtual events and webinar programs.
Manage webinar logistics including:
  • Landing page inputs
  • Program setup
  • Polls and surveys
  • Speaker coordination
  • Prep calls
  • Day-of production support
  • Track webinar registrations and attendee engagement metrics prior to events.
  • Guide speakers through webinar best practices and ensure presenters feel comfortable and prepared before live sessions.
  • Host and support live webinar experiences while managing the attendee and speaker experience throughout execution.
  • Manage on-demand publishing and webinar hub updates following event completion.
    Coordinate post-event reporting, attendee list clean-up, and CRM uploads.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.

  • 3–5 years of experience in webinar production, virtual event management, or digital experience coordination.
  • Experience managing live webinar platforms and virtual event technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience managing virtual attendee experiences and webinar engagement best practices.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Familiarity with webinar analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Experience supporting B2B technology or SaaS marketing organizations.
  • Knowledge of virtual user experience best practices and digital engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing webinar content libraries or on-demand resource hubs.
