Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist 2  to join our CRMC Radiology team of dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals.  At CRMC, we take pride in fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together to deliver exceptional patient care. Many of our team members have completed preceptor training and are passionate about mentoring and teaching new team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Prepare examination rooms, set up equipment, and confirm patient identity to ensure a smooth and safe imaging process.
  • Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Qualifications:

Experience/Education requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiolgic Technology.
  • 2 years or more experience in all routine and most advanced radiologic procedures.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current California State Department of Health Services certificate as Certified Radiologic Technologist and Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

It is highly preferred to have a knowledge of CT techniques and scanning abilities.
