This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA or Remote.
Seeking a Design Manager with 5+ years of hospitality interior design or architecture experience to lead interior design efforts for new developments and renovations of the All Suites portfolio, mainly for Embassy Suites & HGV.
Responsibilities include reviewing design and documentation for brand standards, guiding project evaluations, collaborating with project teams and vendors, and supporting updates to design standards and resources.
The role requires strong communication skills, project tracking, and negotiation with franchisees and partners. Travel up to 25% may be needed.
Qualifications include proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam, knowledge of hospitality codes, and preferably NCIDQ certification. A bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture is preferred.
