Dental Scheduler & Insurance Verifier
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Scheduler & Insurance Verifier to join our dental team. This position is responsible for managing patient scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, and supporting front office operations to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Enter and update patient insurance information accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally.
- Review treatment estimates and insurance coverage with patients.
- Maintain an organized daily schedule and patient flow.
- Assist with front desk administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and terminology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
