Data Entry Specialist

Experience:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Prior experience in the automotive field

·         Understanding of the basic rules of accounting

Education:

·         Must read and write the English language proficiently.

·         Highschool diploma or G.E.D. required

·         College degrees relating to Informational Technology, Financial Management, or Automotive Technology will be considered

·         Candidates are recommended to have relevant industry certifications and/or experience

·         Ability to interface and transfer data between Excel and a Fleet Management Informational Software platform.

·         Transfers hardcopy material to a digital electronic data format system(s)

·         Issues/ revokes administrative access and sets access controls for fleet software platforms.

·         Supports application design by contributing expertise to operations and technical support teams.

·         Ability to learn and adapt to various reporting software systems.

·         Ability to research vendor payment information

·         Ability to self-manage, spot check, and ensure the accuracy of information entered in electronic database(s)

·         Demonstrates and improves industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

·         Attention to detail and ability to follow direction is important and non-negotiable.

·         Ability to understand financial reports
