We need somebody who thrives on delivering top-tier support, preferably with experience in promoting cutting-edge telecom solutions. This is a commission-based role where your ability to connect with customers directly influences your success.

What Customer Support Specialists Need to Do


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing face-to-face support and personalized telecom recommendations

  • Actively promote and sell AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment packages based on customer needs and preferences

  • Build rapport with clients by listening attentively, asking the right questions, and offering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales conversions, and service resolutions using internal CRM systems

  • Collaborate with Customer Support Specialist team members to refine service strategies, share insights, and contribute to a high-performing sales environment

  • Stay informed on AT&T product updates, promotional offers, and industry trends to provide timely and relevant information

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and sales targets
