What Customer Support Specialists Need to Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing face-to-face support and personalized telecom recommendations
Actively promote and sell AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment packages based on customer needs and preferences
Build rapport with clients by listening attentively, asking the right questions, and offering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales conversions, and service resolutions using internal CRM systems
Collaborate with Customer Support Specialist team members to refine service strategies, share insights, and contribute to a high-performing sales environment
Stay informed on AT&T product updates, promotional offers, and industry trends to provide timely and relevant information
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and sales targets
What Customer Support Specialist Need to Bring
