We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to create and nurture long-term relationships with our customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and help us safeguard our revenue and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive and productive relationships with our dealership customers
  • Schedule regular meetings and discussions to strengthen relationships with existing accounts
  • Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet those needs
  • Provide client support and manage communications in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain existing client accounts to achieve revenue goals
  • Inform clients about company products, services, and promotions
  • Ensure client requests are answered accurately and promptly
  • Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services
