Job Title: Customer Services Support Operator

Location(s): Irving, TX


Experience Required:

  • 2-year vocational training.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Entry-level to junior-level support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer orders, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Process and manage customer orders and maintain customer records.
  • Provide first-level remote and onsite user support.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate with customers and sales teams to resolve order and service-related issues.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving commercial and technical problems.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales technical product guidance.
  • Perform routine customer service activities following established procedures.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide basic troubleshooting support.
  • Conduct outbound customer communications when required.

Required Skills:

  • Customer service and customer support experience.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Order management and data entry experience.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with standard office and business software applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously.

Role Characteristics:

  • Works within established guidelines and procedures.
  • Handles routine and moderately varied situations independently.
  • Escalates unexpected or complex issues to senior technical staff.
  • Primarily focused on service operations, customer support, and administrative processing.
