Job Summary
Client is seeking Customer Service professionals to support a pilot program focused on customer outreach, lead triage, referral management, and sales support activities. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, confirming customer needs, routing qualified leads, scheduling callbacks, maintaining detailed notes, and supporting customers throughout the onboarding and documentation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Contact customers to confirm business needs
- Route qualified leads to sales consultants
- Track contact attempts and maintain pipeline updates
- Schedule customer callbacks and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate referral notes and documentation
- Support underwriting, contract validation, and customer onboarding
- Participate in weekly feedback and process improvement sessions
- Support Spanish-speaking customers when required
Required Qualifications- 6+ months of experience in:
- Customer Service, Financial Services, Contact Center Operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Preferred Skills- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Customer support and call handling
- Pipeline and referral management
- Sales support experience
- Documentation and follow-up coordination
Pay Range: $22 - $25
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
