Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides timely, accurate support to customers by managing order processing, quotations, and order status updates. They collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure customer needs are met and orders are processed correctly.

• Proficient in ERP and order management software, with strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing customer service roles preferred; high school diploma required
• Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders, maintaining data, monitoring deliveries, supporting collections, and managing returns and warranty claims.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy, collaborating across departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
