Make a difference in patients' lives by providing exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
In this role, you'll be the first contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources, assisting with medical equipment, supplies, and support with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers via various channels, processing orders, verifying insurance, maintaining records, coordinating deliveries, resolving inquiries with empathy, supporting retail and inventory activities, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Medicare standards.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent customer service skills, and preferably 2+ years of HME/DME experience with medical terminology knowledge. Data entry, multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. Physical requirements include working at a computer, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, and handling sensitive information.
