Seeking a Customer Service Representative (On-Site) in Troy, MI, to handle emergency calls, collect sensitive information, and coordinate field personnel.
New hires must complete a two-week training during standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm). Post-training, shifts are afternoon/midnight (2:00pm-10:30pm), including every other weekend and 3 holidays annually.
Responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, accurately entering data into web-based systems, and providing compassionate customer support. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications include reliability, ability to work flexible hours, basic computer skills, and physical capability for occasional lifting.
Additional duties may involve assisting with training and adapting to process changes.
