You will coordinate with installation and sales teams, maintain accurate records in CRM, and educate customers on solar benefits and utility bills.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, tech-savviness, reliability, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or office settings. Candidates must be based in or able to commute to Bakersfield.
