- Can understand vehicle features and diagnose DTC causes
- Strong knowledge of fault code analysis, Arbortext, DITA, XML, and automotive diagnostics
- Over 2 years of experience in diagnostics troubleshooting and technical writing
- Ability to gather info from SMEs and develop technical service content independently
- Hands-on experience with fault code diagnostics documentation and vehicle electrical diagnostics
- Familiarity with diagnostics tools, vehicle electrical architecture, and CAN communication over OBD
- Knowledge of electric vehicle diagnostics, high/low voltage precautions, and programming procedures
- Experience working in Agile environments and strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Understanding of electronic fundamentals, fault diagnostics, and modern automotive systems
