This role focuses on delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience through courteous, friendly, and efficient service at checkout and throughout the store.
- Engages customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and sharing service best practices.
- Processes sales, refunds, returns, and exchanges accurately; maintains clean shelves and displays; manages inventory and store resets.
- Provides photo services and web order pick-up support; ensures store cleanliness and appearance.
- Adheres to company policies, asset protection procedures, and legal regulations regarding regulated products.
- Participates in training and personal development; works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred candidates have retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens operations. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour. The position is open until filled, with consideration for qualified applicants with arrest records per local ordinances.
