- Prepare and cook meals for guests, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Follow recipes, maintain proper food rotation, minimize waste, and uphold food safety standards.
- Perform general kitchen maintenance and assist with opening or closing duties.
- Requires 1-2 years of high-volume food service experience and a high school diploma or GED.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and working indoors and outdoors.
