We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO, deep understanding of business processes, and proven experience in configuration, testing, and user support.
Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Provide support for SAP FICO applications and resolve end-user issues
Perform end-to-end testing including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
Design and develop custom reports using SAP tools or coordinate with ABAP developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
Support month-end/year-end closing activities and financial reporting
Provide training and documentation to end users and support staff
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new implementations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
3–7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Hands-on configuration experience in FI and CO modules
Experience with integration to other SAP modules
Familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
SAP Certification in FICO
Knowledge of tax and regulatory reporting in different countries
Experience in business process redesign and improvement
Exposure to Agile or ASAP methodologies
