ACCOUNTABILITIES
Implements technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise- wide solutions, using the company or a third-party hardware/software products and/or processes and methodologies Integrates solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization

Assists the sales organization and related
Practice Areas as technical/industry subject matter experts
Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system
Primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials
Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans
Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals
Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals
Composes applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution
Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables
Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads a technical team in developing solutions to complex business problems
Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution; leads overall technical implementation for large and complex engagements
Contributes to the sales pursuit strategy
Participates or leads in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher
May participate or lead in establishing operational plans and processes for the group
Leads research, discovery, planning and implementation efforts to improve business processes Mentors less experienced team members

Contract Platform Engineer – Data Platforms (Redis Focus)
Platform Engineering Team
Overview
Join a Platform Engineering team that builds and supports shared data services used across multiple applications. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support Redis caching platform, and related tooling while applying your skills in automation, containers, and system operations. You will have hands-on experience with distributed caching technologies and have a chance to make an impact on how they are used to improve application performance, scalability, and resilience.
What you'll achieve
In this role, you will help operate and maintain Redis and caching services running on virtual machines and Kubernetes. You will contribute to automation efforts, support day-to-day operations, and learn best practices for building reliable, high-performance data and caching platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Support deployment and maintenance of Redis and caching services across VM and Kubernetes environments
• Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Redis instances and related caching components
• Help deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes using Helm charts
• Monitor system and cache performance, responding to alerts and escalating issues as needed
• Execute operational runbooks for upgrades, patching, and maintenance tasks
• Contribute to automation efforts using Ansible and basic scripting
• Work with team members to troubleshoot application, caching, and platform issues
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Basic Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Linux system administration
• Some experience working with virtual machines or server environments
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, deployments)
• Exposure to configuration management or automation tools such as Ansible
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Basic understanding of caching concepts (e.g., key-value stores, cache invalidation, performance optimization)
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn new technologies quickly
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Redis or similar in-memory or caching technologies
• Experience using Helm or deploying applications in Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring or logging tools
• Understanding of basic performance tuning or scalability concepts
• Relevant coursework, certifications, or internship experience in IT or software engineering
