Construction Superintendent for luxury residential projects in Miami, overseeing ground-up spec homes up to $5M, managing 1 to 4 projects simultaneously. Reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with the Area Superintendent.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily field operations, subcontractors, schedule, quality, safety, and client-level finishes.
Ideal candidate:
Fluent in Spanish
Experience in luxury residential ground-up construction
Strong scheduling skills
Ability to independently manage subcontractors and deliver results
Success is measured by meeting schedules, maintaining top quality without excuses, and coordinating multiple jobs efficiently.
