Construction Superintendent

Seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 10-week contract to oversee a commercial shell build-out of a medical office.

Key responsibilities include managing daily onsite operations, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews; ensuring safety, quality, and compliance; coordinating inspections and deliveries; reviewing plans; providing progress reports; and resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of commercial construction supervision experience, especially shell build-outs.
• Experience with medical or healthcare facility projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and healthcare codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: OSHA 30, familiarity with ADA and healthcare regulations.
