Open Positions & Responsibilities1. Floor Builder
Responsibilities:
Construct floor assemblies including sideboards and joists
Attach ledger boards and joist hangers
Verify squareness using cross measurements
Skills Required:
Construction experience
Sub-component assembly
Blueprint and tape measure reading
2. Interior Trimmer
Responsibilities:
Layout, measure, cut and install interior trim
Follow blueprint specifications for accurate installation
Skills Required:
Advanced construction tool knowledge
Blueprint and tape measure proficiency
Accurate layout and measuring skills
3. Drywall Reworker
Responsibilities:
Rework defects from the production line
Perform line and yard changes
Correct material shortages
Skills Required:
Construction tool experience
Blueprint reading
Tape measure skills
4. Siding Installer
Responsibilities:
Prepare and install exterior wall coverings
Use nail guns, hoists and other tools
Follow blueprints and production orders
Skills Required:
Proficiency with construction tools
Blueprint reading
Precise measurement to 1/16"
5. Tile Installer
Responsibilities:
Layout rooms and install backer board
Install tile, grout and caulking
Fit tiles into tight spaces
Install shower doors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills Required:
Tile installation experience (training available for related experience)
Proficiency with construction tools
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16"
Ability to perform physically demanding work
