We're hiring Community Sales Managers (CSMs) in Training (CSMT) to join our sales team. No matter your experience, we provide comprehensive training ranging from 2 weeks to a year to master our sales approach, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
As a CSMT, you'll participate in training sessions, shadow experienced managers, complete coursework, and develop sales techniques, CRM proficiency, and relationship-building skills. The role involves engaging with customers, managing prospects, and supporting community management.
Qualifications include an active real estate license (if required), strong organizational and communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility.
