We are seeking a compassionate Community Housing Support Specialist to provide individualized, community-based support to clients facing behavioral health challenges.
Reporting to the Support Supervisor, you will assist clients with skill development, daily routines, appointment coordination, and ensuring safe, stable housing environments that meet Assisted Living Home Standards.
This full-time role involves direct client interaction, documentation, and care coordination in a collaborative, person-centered setting.
Minimum qualifications include two years of experience in behavioral health services or related education, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include coursework in behavioral health and training in crisis intervention or motivational interviewing.
All candidates must pass a criminal background check and auto insurance screening.

Pay ranges from $25.50 to $32.38 per hour.
