Job DescriptionAs an Operations CNC Assembler Machinist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications, and you will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and on time. Your expertise in CNC machining will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality productsSet up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient productionMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performanceFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaThis role will support 4th Shift: Monday & Friday - 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM and Saturday & Sunday - 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machining and assemblyProven ability to set up and operate CNC machinesAbility to support 4th shift hours, not including any mandated overtimeWE VALUEAssociate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related fieldExperience with precision machining and quality controlStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.Hourly RateThe hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.Benefits Of Working For Honeywell AerospaceIn addition to a competitive salary, leading‑edge work, and developing solutions side‑by‑side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
