CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Days

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunity with our Long Term Care facility in McGregor IA.

Note: Must have IA cert to apply, 1+ year SNF/LTC worked in last 2 years.

Local Pay Rate: $26.00/hr (Travel pay package available)
Travel Pay Rate: $10/hr + $16/hr per diem (if qualified)

Available Work Schedule:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm (Days)
• may need to flex
• Guaranteed 40 hour schedule each week
• Every other weekend

Contract Term: 13 weeks to start (extension likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
• Iowa CNA license in hand needed to apply
• 1+ year of CNA experience working in a LTC/SNF required (must have 1 year experience worked in last 3 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
