Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive revenue growth and strategic relationships within large global consulting firms (“Big 5”/top-tier consulting organizations). This role is responsible for developing executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding enterprise partnerships across consulting-led transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of enterprise sales, alliance management, or consulting account leadership with deep understanding of how major consulting firms influence technology and business transformation decisions for Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
- Own and grow relationships across assigned global consulting accounts.
- Develop multi-level stakeholder engagement strategies spanning partners, managing directors, alliance leaders, procurement, and delivery teams.
- Build account plans aligned to revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and strategic partnership objectives.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across practices, geographies, and industry verticals.
Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
- Drive new business opportunities and expansion deals originating through consulting partners.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with internal sales, solution engineering, customer success, and executive leadership teams to accelerate deal execution.
- Influence consulting-led client transformation initiatives to position company solutions as preferred offerings.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Create joint go-to-market strategies with consulting partners.
- Enable consulting teams through training, workshops, solution positioning, and co-selling motions.
- Support development of joint offerings, industry solutions, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Executive Relationship Management
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior consulting executives.
- Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums.
- Navigate matrixed organizations and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Forecasting & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Track partner-influenced revenue, account penetration, and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver regular business updates to sales leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or alliance experience.
- Proven experience selling into or partnering with large consulting organizations.
- Strong understanding of consulting business models, transformation programs, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise opportunities.
- Experience navigating executive-level relationships and complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing relationships within major consulting firms.
- Experience building joint GTM partnerships and alliance programs.
