The position is for a Clerk-Arbitration based in Bordentown, NJ, with a contract duration of 12+ months and potential for extension.
- Review customer complaints and mechanic reports regarding vehicle conditions.
- Advise customers on auction policies, complaint, and arbitration processes.
- Support resolution of after-sale issues such as title, mileage, or frame damage concerns.
- Maintain accurate files for arbitration cases and coordinate with sales personnel on vehicle information.
- Promote auction services, including post-sale inspections, to generate additional business.
- Review customer claims to ensure compliance with arbitration policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with involved departments during fact-finding and investigation phases.
- Assist in screening and inputting vehicles for post-sale inspections.
- Inform buyers and sellers about process, costs, and timelines for inspections and claims.
- Perform data entry into the AS 400 system.
