Our client is looking for a Civil Drafter/Designer responsible for assisting the civil engineering team on various residential and commercial projects. Required:<ul><li>Associates degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable
	</li><li>2+ years experience in a position with emphasis on residential developments with working knowledge of multi-family developments, small to medium commercial sites, and institutional campus improvements
	</li><li>AutoCAD proficiency
	</li><li>Civil 3D proficiency
	</li><li>Experience in the analysis, design, and construction management of land development
