Seeking a Chief of Staff for our AI practice, this role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive AI-enabled transformations.
Responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to develop scalable AI processes, designing automated systems, managing client engagements from discovery to adoption, and establishing governance and evaluation frameworks.
Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in operations, client services, or project management with deep AI fluency, experience implementing LLM solutions, and proficiency with no/low-code automation tools.
They should possess strong communication skills, strategic and tactical thinking, and a builder/operator mindset. A background in organizational change, responsible AI practices, and managing multiple projects is preferred.
