Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with at least 5 years of cGMP laboratory experience. Skills required are strong technical writing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of pharmaceutical quality regulations, and good project management.
Compensation ranges from $56,600 to $95,000 annually, with benefits such as bonuses, 401(k), PTO, health coverage, and career growth opportunities.
