Chef de Rang

Join a luxury cruise environment as a Chef De Rang in a French-inspired, Michelin-starred restaurant onboard a Disney vessel.

• Provide exceptional guest service by describing menus, taking orders, and ensuring timely food delivery.
• Coordinate service, manage side work, and oversee food and beverage operations using the Micros system.
• Partner with team members to deliver a flawless dining experience while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Utilize up-selling techniques, handle alcohol responsibly, and ensure guests leave satisfied.

  Candidates should have 1-2 years of fine dining experience, knowledge of wines and cocktails, and confidence in guest interactions.
  
  This is a shipboard role requiring living and working onboard, adhering to safety protocols, and sharing accommodations in a multicultural environment. Must have valid travel documents, pass medical and background checks, and undergo drug testing.
