Job Details:

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Tucson, AZ

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)

Pay Range: $22/hr- $24/hr

  • Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Coverage Area

Tucson, Green Valley, Oro Valley, Mammoth, San Manuel, Oracle, Marana, Three Points, Saddlebrooke, and Vail, Arizona

Duties:

  • Provide direct personal care to hospice patients in accordance with the established Plan of Care
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition, safety concerns, or environmental issues to the supervising nurse
  • Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families
  • Perform light housekeeping and incidental household tasks necessary to support patient health and safety at home
