Catering Supervisor, Lounges FIFA World Cup 26 (Atlanta)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Catering Supervisor, Lounges, to oversee premium lounge operations during the FIFA World Cup 26.

• Manage daily catering services, ensuring high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Monitor product usage, track KPIs, and maintain operational reports.
• Serve as the main on-floor contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and communicating updates to management.
• Ensure lounge readiness and adherence to safety and venue policies.
• Coordinate with catering teams to ensure smooth service during events.
• Lead a team with 3-5 years in hospitality/catering, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Require flexibility for long hours, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Zoom, and other tools; fluent English; eligible to work in Atlanta.
