The Catering / Special Events Coordinator, under the guidance of the General Manager and Executive Chef, manages catering food and beverage orders, maintains guest information, and assists with event operations.

Responsibilities include proactively soliciting new clients through calls and in-person outreach, responding promptly to inquiries, and creatively managing budgets to meet guest needs.

They ensure billing accuracy, communicate effectively with clients and vendors, gather feedback post-events, and handle opening/closing duties.

Key tasks involve organizing orders in Toast, upselling offerings, collaborating with team members, and supporting event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications include being at least 18, adaptable to variable hours, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Safety policies must be followed, and all safety incidents reported promptly.
