About the Role
As a Doughnut Dealer, you'll greet guests, assist with flavor selections, handle transactions, and keep the shop clean and inviting. You'll support daily operations and help with doughnut decorating during slower times.
What You'll Do- Greet guests with enthusiasm
- Recommend doughnut flavors and combos
- Know our menu inside out
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with decorating when needed
Requirements- At least 1 year of customer service or food service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn doughnut decorating
- Food Handler's Card required
- Legally authorized to work
Physical & Working Conditions- Stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs during shifts
- Engage with guests constantly
- Work efficiently during busy times
- Shifts typically 6-8 hours, include weekends and holidays
- Follow uniform and hygiene standards
- Enjoy a lively, high-volume environment
