Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team. This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday role working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The caseload involves inpatient care with an average census of around 40 patients, managed by a team of three Case Managers. The role primarily focuses on Utilization Review and Discharge Planning, requiring candidates to have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
