Job Details

We are seeking a skilled CAD / Mechanical Designer to join our growing team in the overhead material handling equipment industry. This role is responsible for designing and developing custom equipment solutions, supporting engineering efforts, and ensuring drawings meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for custom equipment and components
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop practical design solutions
Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and technical drawings
Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and performance standards
Support revisions, updates, and continuous improvement of existing designs

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in CAD or mechanical design
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
