Part-time Buying Allocation Assistant based in College Station, TX, supporting product flow among multiple locations to maximize inventory efficiency and profitability.

  • Develop and maintain allocation templates for new receipts based on product type and brand.
  • Monitor and adjust allocations by reviewing sales data regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Buying Team to set replenishment values and facilitate store replenishment processes.
  • Review sales and inventory levels holistically before approving transfer orders.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Control on inventory movement and accuracy.
  • Maintain professional communication across departments and perform duties with attention to detail.
  • Analyze sales data, learn new software, and adapt processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and conflict resolution skills.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events, with possible in-town driving.
