This role is based at 810 S. Aiken Ave, Pittsburgh, PA, with hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm, requiring flexibility.
It involves Business Development, prospecting high-net-worth and complex business clients, managing loans, deposits, and promoting bank products.
The candidate will lead branch operations, coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a sales-driven culture.
Responsibilities include developing client relationships, performing proactive outreach, handling loan and account applications, and managing branch profitability.
Additional duties include staff performance reviews, training, compliance, security, and representing the bank in community activities.
Qualifications: a 4-year degree in finance/business, 5–10 years of business experience, and 5–10 years in banking with proven sales success.
Physical demands include travel (up to 50%), data entry, and occasional lifting. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $161,700.
