Job Details

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or account management experience within oilfield services
  • Prior experience selling pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, completions, stimulation, or related oilfield services
  • Strong understanding of frac operations and Permian Basin market dynamics
  • Existing operator and customer relationships in West Texas preferred
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent industry experience considered

Preferred Background

  • Experience with hydraulic fracturing fleets and completions services
  • Existing network with operators, drilling/completions engineers, and procurement teams
  • Knowledge of Permian Basin activity trends and customer programs
  • Oilfield sales experience with frac, stimulation chemicals, wireline, coiled tubing, or production-related services
