Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Finding and qualifying business leads for the company
Forecast market, identify market trends, anticipate gaps, develop strategy to grow the market
Acts as representative in wide array of customer relations
A successful candidate will possess the following:
A 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
5-10 years of experience in construction business development
