Summary:
The main function of this role is to work with senior stakeholders to develop and implement local, regional, and global strategies to achieve the business' goals. The individual will support the creation of future goals and KPIs in alignment with the global and regional strategies and lead the strategic vision across the relevant areas of the business.
 
Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness and maintain working knowledge of the company's B2B Monitor product portfolio, vertical solutions, and business market trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within existing National Channel Partners to drive net new sales revenue for the B2B Monitor product category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and account managers within existing National Channel partners.
  • Drive revenue growth of B2B Monitor through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel B2B Monitor initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel for the B2B Monitor product category.
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem.
  • Assist with account reviews and quarterly business reviews, as required.
  • Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across business units.
  • Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities.
  • Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership.
  • Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Support in establishing and running operational processes.
  • Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites, and other key events.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to drive sales through channel partners.
  • Experience selling hardware technology within the IT channel is desired, with a preference for familiarity with digital signage displays and background selling B2B Monitor technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple sales, project, and performance objectives.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working against individual and shared objectives.
  • Ability to travel to assigned Channel Partner office locations (up to 60% of the time domestically).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $72.00 - $74.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
