Brand Manager Hispanic Dairy
Salary $140,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid relocation to the Midwest
Our client is a leading Hispanic cheese brand and is rapidly expanding across the nation. They are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive growth, build consumer demand, and help shape the future of a high-priority Hispanic Dairy portfolio. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, be fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and have a minimum of six years in brand management of food / beverage.
As our Brand Manager, your focus will be:
·Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive consumer and customer demand
·Lead market analysis and support go-to-market planning for retail and foodservice growth
·Manage agencies and cross-functional teams across media, creative, social, shopper marketing, and innovation
·Partner with sales, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership to deliver business growth
·Support product innovation from research through commercialization
·Manage marketing budgets and provide data-driven business recommendations.
Minimum requirements for this Brand Manager position:
·Must have at least a Bachelor degree!
·Minimum of 6 years of brand management experience, of which 3 years must be in FOOD or BEVERAGE brand management
·Spanish fluency required – oral and written
·Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills
·Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional initiatives
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
