Responsibilities include answering calls, directing customers, scheduling appointments, managing receivables, following up on insurance payments, and communicating with customers, vendors, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth repairs.
Additional duties involve handling customer complaints diplomatically, operating the switchboard, and supporting managers with clerical tasks.
Qualifications include experience with Reynolds and Reynolds or CCC estimating software is a plus, professional appearance, and a clean driving record.
