Key Responsibilities Process incoming mail correspondence and distribute appropriately Batch and prepare documents for scanning into HPF systems Process daily patient and insurance payments received by mail Provide relief support for cashiering and data entry functions Assistwith incoming department phone calls and routing inquiries Provide backup support for HPF technical scanning duties Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient financial information Perform other duties as assigned Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our Patient Accounting team to support efficient financial operations and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
