We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and develop a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions.
This role involves driving customer acquisition and revenue growth at the ground level, building and managing a local business development/sales team.
Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, executing plans, monitoring performance, and optimizing sales efficiency.
Collaboration with operations teams is essential to ensure customer success and retention.
Key KPIs are regional revenue, package volume, new customer acquisition, and retention rate.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within logistics, last-mile, or e-commerce sectors, with a proven track record of scaling teams.
Strong leadership, execution skills, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English are preferred for communication with teams in China.
