This Beach Bar Server role involves greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and providing professional, friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and kitchen staff, and be knowledgeable about menu items.
- Verify guest age, monitor alcohol consumption, and handle sales accurately.
- Complete side work, report safety issues, and coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff.
- Qualifications include at least 1 year of serving experience, knowledge of beverages, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move throughout the shift, and work nights, weekends, or holidays.
