A leading financial services organization is seeking motivated and customer focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support clients with banking, lending, and financial service needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and growing within the financial industry.
What You Will Do
Assist clients through inbound calls related to credit products and short term lending needs
Identify opportunities to recommend banking products and financial solutions that support customer goals
Respond to client questions and concerns while providing customized support
Support and fulfill banking products including credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending solutions
Build rapport with clients through active listening and strong communication
Identify referral opportunities for additional financial products and services
Manage risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction
What We Are Looking For
Fluent in both Spanish and English including speaking, reading, and writing
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and improving clients’ financial lives
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
Comfortable learning new systems, technology, and processes
Intermediate computer proficiency required
Self motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience
Banking or financial services experience
Call center experience
Retail or hospitality background
Sales experience including upselling or cross selling financial products
Experience supporting credit card or lending solutions

Saturday 8:55 AM to 5:55 PM

Tuesday through Friday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
